The challenge

Spanish farmers, many of them over 60 and not comfortable with computers, had to move to electronic invoicing. Each invoice took up to 15 minutes and each expense more than 10 minutes to log, and the admin work was eating into already thin margins.

The solution

Founder Eduardo Cifre Sanchez built an AI agent on Make that accepts voice or text requests through WhatsApp or Telegram. It interprets the request, asks for any missing details, generates a VAT-compliant PDF invoice, files it in Google Drive by year and month, and logs the data to a Google Sheet for the accountant.
